Good location, beautiful view, good weather. Overall, my stay this time. There is a chill restaurant by the pool. The food is delicious. The breakfast is good. But I would like to leave a suggestion about the service. There should be a Belman staff to help with the burden. And the room should be cleaner.
Wow! what can I say but this is one of the nicest hotels in Thailand. Staff is friendly, the hotel is soooo clean, the bed so comfortable and nice shower and towels too. The breakfast was also something special with fresh and tasty offerings. I will always stay here when we are in this area!
Fine hotel, but for the age of the hotel, maintenance was poor. Bathroom was very small. When brushing your teeth, you were standing in the shower :-( Rain shower and hand shower were leaking. Very friendly staff and perfect breakfast, with different choices every day.
This is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms, soft beds (little bit harder than those of Hop Inn), a very big swimming pool (maximum depth about 1,4 meters) and a very impressive breakfast. In the evening you can enjoy yourselves there as well by having dinner or some cocktails around the swimming pool. There was live music while we stayed there.
I didn’t sleep in rooms. Only used the swimming pool.
A good new hotel with a good looking area. The rooms are nice and clean, Still very new and the AC works well. The staff is friendly and helpful. They took our luggage and brought it to our hotel room. The breakfast has a choice of western and Thai breakfast. I didn't try the western ine but i can say only good things about the Thai breakfast. The pool is clean and not too warm. It has a bar next to it with a little higher priced drinks, but it's still okay. All in all a great hotel
This is a beautiful hotel with a great pool. My only complaint would be that no one speaks much English, and as a solo traveler this was incredibly frustrating at times when trying to order food from the menu or order a taxi. Several times I tried to order a cocktail or desert from the menu and they didn’t do it ... which seems weird to keep it on the menu. Really comfy beds which are hard to find in Thailand as they prefer a very firm mattress. The staff are really friendly.
We’ve stayed here many times while touring — always a smooth stay. Rooms are comfy, staff polite, and everything works well. The swimming pool is definitely the highlight — great spot to relax after shows. It’s a solid go-to whenever we’re performing around Phetchabun.
